Job Exploration Services: Assists individuals discover their employment interests, skill sets, career, and educational possibilities.

Job Placement Services: Locating and securing individuals into paid, integrated employment.

On the job training: Skills training and support that enables individuals to attain job stabilization and meet their employer’s expectations.

Job Retention Services: Additional supports that are needed to maintain employment, such as additional training to learn essential job functions.

Community Based Assessments & Trial Work Experience: Identifying an individual’s specific skills, talents, strengths, and abilities needed to obtain and maintain competitive employment through assessment in a real-world work environment.

Employment related counseling services: Regular therapeutic interactions facilitated by a licensed mental health professional to assist individuals in maintaining productive job performance and workplace relationships.

Employment Independent Living Assessments and Services: Collaborating with the individual, their family members, and other people of support to identify barriers and challenges in one’s everyday life that either prevent obtaining a job, or contributing to employment failure. Together, we develop strategies to understand and move past these barriers and challenges adding to the potential for employment success.  Specific areas addressed can include mobility challenges, residential accessibility, community access, transportation, financial management, social skills, benefits exploration, self-care, and communication skills.

Benefits Planning: Provides planning and assistance by a certified benefits planner to job seekers participating in public benefits programs, such as those through the Social Security Administration, food programs, and housing programs.
